Who’s it for?
Everyone is welcome - from complete beginner to advanced levels.
What does it cost?
Your first class is free, thereafter it’s 15CHF per class. I offer a few spots with special pricing for those tight on finances. Feel free to get in touch. :)
If you bring a new person with you, class is on me!
What do I need to bring?
Your mat, a water bottle, and a friend. 💛
